IG Recruit is proud to be a valued recruitment partner with a high-growth global workspace technology company. Due to extensive growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager

Reporting to the COO, This Strategic Technical Account Manager requires workplace solutions technology experience, and relevant tech/SaaS sector experience to join The USA team. You will partner with our customers, helping them to fully utilize Freespace solutions and ensuring they have the best experience of Freespace and delivering planned revenue growth. A few of the Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Forecast sales and revenue projection
  • Develop and implement the original sales owned account plans
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
  • Plan for and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure contract renewals.
  • Work with the presales (engineering) team to scope new opportunities for revenue generation through new service line based on mapping client request.
  • As required, support the sales team with materials, presentations etc to provide credibility and experience from existing accounts

A few Key Skills and Experience

3 years’ experience in a strategic account management role within a technical, SaaS environment, preferably within a Global organization in workspace solutions technology experience , we really need someone who understands workplace solutions sector (eg facilities or RE Director in a large business)

  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and product development interfacing to solve and grow client offerings.
  • Experience in customer facing roles including pre-sales,
  • Experience of selling and negotiating commercial and contract terms with clients.
  • Ability to work with and coordinate a variety of stakeholders across all levels.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of and a deep interest in technology.
