- Regulate inventory, reduce shrinkage, and maintain stock levels
- Hire, train, and develop retail staff for growth and success
- Communicate effectively with Store Manager and Associates
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Lead by example and manage associates to follow the Time, Value, and Experience philosophy
- Schedule and delegate workload to meet merchandising standards
- Promote teamwork and enforce safety policies
