JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Specialist, you will work directly with some of our IGNITE Client participants throughout the entire client lifecycle. This is a hybrid role that will require frequent multi-tasking between technical, business and marketing activities. You will be expected to document results and follow-up to meet goals identified.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
  • Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time
  • Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
  • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaign
  • Work with the Success Advocate Leads to ensure goals are being met in servicing IGNITE participating clients

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in face-forward customer service and/or account management or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects or groups in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Sales Force and project management tools
  • Event planning experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
