Job Posting for Customer Success Specialist at IGNITE Alabama - Nonprofit
JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Specialist, you will work directly with some of our IGNITE Client participants throughout the entire client lifecycle. This is a hybrid role that will require frequent multi-tasking between technical, business and marketing activities. You will be expected to document results and follow-up to meet goals identified.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time
Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members
Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaign
Work with the Success Advocate Leads to ensure goals are being met in servicing IGNITE participating clients
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2-3 years of experience in face-forward customer service and/or account management or customer success
Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Comfortable working across multiple projects or groups in a deadline-driven environment
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of Sales Force and project management tools
Event planning experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
