Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (exempt)

Cedar Hills Hospital currently has an opening for a full time Controller. The Controller is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, cost accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable, providing oversight to the accounts receivables, managing the financial accounting/close and reporting process, completing tax packages, negotiate with vendors, bank reconciliations, and miscellaneous requests either from Corporate or the Facility for fiscal analysis and information. This position exercises independent judgement.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, bank reconciliations and accounts payable
- Provide financial analysis
- Provide oversight of accounts receivable
- Responsible for the facility payroll and close
- Manage the financial accounting close and reporting process
- Complete tax packages
- Responsible for vendor negotiation
- Provide management of staff
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years required. 5 years of healthcare finance experience preferred.
