What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Systems Design I position at IGT?

Responsibilities
- Technology leader in IGT’s Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE)
- Responsible for defining IGT’s governance for use of public cloud (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS providers).
- Continue to develop IGT Cloud Goverance model including best practices.
- Optimize process and technology changes to enable more efficient use of cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with multiple business units to support their use of cloud technologies and resolve issues.
- Lead and align product divisions with corportate business goals, consulting with development teams, developing proof-of-concept demonstrations, reviewing and proposing revisions to gaming industry regulations, and contributing to the development of gaming industry standards.
- Working closely with sales and product teams to build out best practices for sales strategies, including implementation of SaaS and IaaS sales models.
- Working closely with engineering, architecture, sales and product teams to ensure current and future products are built leveraging best cloud practices, technologies and 3rd party applications
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of technical and architectural experience
- 3-5 years of cloud provider experience, preferably with both AWS, Azure and GCP
- Experience working with architecture, engineering , product, sales,
- Experience with networking & security
- Experience building on-prem and cloud solutions
- Experience articulating the difference in on-prem vs cloud solutions
- Very open to adapting change to facilitate cloud within IGT
