Responsibilities
- Support the manager the lifecycle of a SuccessFactors oriented landscape, with experience in multiple processes/modules and a preferred focus on SuccessFactors Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding;
- Support the manager to analyze the needs of the IGT Stakeholders for the area of responsibility;
- Hands on approach: implementation and configuration of compensation processes and data related configuration;
- Role base permission knowledge applied to both Compensation module and Employee Central module;
- Troubleshooting and solutioning capabilities.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors system and platforms proven hands-on on SAP SuccessFactors system;
- SuccessFactors associate certifications on the compensation module will be considered a plus
- Recruiting Onboarding knowledge is a plus
- 5 years' experience in the role
- Multinational experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred
