Responsibilities
Overview
Product Manager for iLottery Draw Games is responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our next version of our iLottery draw game products and solutions. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs based on customer requirements, industry trends, market competition, and their own innovative mindset. This individual must already have experience with lottery draw games and subsequent operations and processes, but also be able to think outside the box.
Product Focus
- Become a central point for all iLottery Draw Game needs and product requirements, working with other product managers to align the strategic priorities, dependencies, and roadmaps across the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers and users to understand business needs, analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on the solution.
- Document product requirements, manage backlogs and roadmaps.
- Support product management team in establishing and supervising product metrics and results.
- Perform user acceptance testing of new features and functions.
- Be passionate about product excellence with a focus on player and operator experience.
- Understand User Interface needs and requirements and be able to collaborate with the User Experience team to build innovative and efficient player engagement solutions
- Collaborate across teams and verticals and be able to lead team members who will not report to the candidate.
- Evaluate industry, digital lottery market, and technological trends, business opportunities, competitive intelligence, and financial factors to determine product innovation strategy and roadmaps.
- Participate in trade shows, demos, customer meetings, and conferences to evangelize products.
- Take part in the creation and evolution of sales and marketing collateral and business proposals.
Qualifications
- 6 year’s experience in lottery industry.
- 3 year’s experience in Product management or Program management.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Technical competence to influence and understand the technical solution context and approach and collaborate with architecture and engineering on solution design and development.
- Be willing to collaborate within all levels of the organization, and understand the importance of each role and to assist where needed
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including an ability to efficiently collaborate with both business and technical teams, engage and influence senior leaders, and make impactful customer presentations.
