Responsibilities
The Software Product Trainer I is an individual that specializes in learning, understanding, and teaching (In person and remotely) the usage of various Gaming related programs utilized by Field Service, GOM and Logistics within IGT. This role will travel domestically occasionally within North America while remote screen sharing training the primary mode of delivery. This position will require an understanding of both casino and lottery operations to be demonstrated over time. Learning new programs and maintaining knowledge of an expanding program line will be an ongoing requirement as well as content creation Training material. This Software Product Trainer position will be considered a Remote Position unless candidate is located near an existing IGT office in North America for a mixed Flex Schedule.
Conduct Software training classes on established wide variety of programs.
- Participate in and contribute to the development of new training programs in support of new technologies.
- Review existing training programs and revamp using current SOPs
- Assist Business Operations peers in the design and development of training documentation and content.
- Support internal customers by learning customer-specific requirements to enhance training programs.
- Track all training and trainee data, provide status reports and training wrap-up reports to management.
- Participate in special projects that have a clear link or benefit to training, as assigned.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Technical aptitude, professional presentation skills, and superior customer service skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word, PPT, SharePoint and Outlook)
- Effective communications skills (listening, constructive feedback, conflict resolution, writing, presentation)
- Ability to multi-task upon request.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in customer service or direct training experience.
- Experience with course development and training methodologies for software content preferred.
- Keen ability to analyze internal customer-specific requirements and tailor training accordingly.
- Effective communicator who can collaboratively and frequently connect with several project teams, scheduling groups, site personnel and internal customers.
- North America residence preferred.
- Position will be trained internally after placement to support, but not limited to:
o Cadence (Proprietary Mobile App which acts as an extension of SAP for Field workforce)
o RXO (XPO) or other Shipping related functionality.
o Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce & Jira basics.
o LMS Training Module, Madcap Flare
o GRC or other access granting enterprise solutions
Having experience with any of the above is a plus
- Fluency in English is required. Ability to communicate in other local languages is a plus.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,100 - $99,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
