What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Architect I position at IGT?

Responsibilities
- Security Incident analysis and escalation
- Ability to meet any established security service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitoring the availability of systems (user devices, servers, network components)
- Monitoring the privacy and security of systems
- Monitoring the day-to-day security profile of systems
- Monitoring perimeter from a security exposure perspective
- Messaging protection monitoring and alert triage
- End-point monitoring and alert triage
- SIEM monitoring and alert triage
- User behavior analysis and triage
- Participate in asset discovery and inventory
- Tracking the management of patching for software releases and system vulnerabilities
- Documenting and supervising the operations that are performed for auditing or regulatory purposes
- Capture feedback from end users to continue to improve systems and process
- Support team members with research and implementation of security tools and technology
- Participation in on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a technical / computer science / technology major or equivalent experience in a technical field
- 2-5 years of work experience; 2 years of Security Operations / Cybersecurity related experience is required
- Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment as well as the ability to work cross functionally
- Industry recognized technical certification; CEH, Network or Security a plus
