Responsibilities
The Name of the Game
IGT, the global leader in gaming, is looking for an innovative and high-energy Talent Program Manager who will be responsible for developing quantitative and qualitative insights that shape our talent strategies, design and develop talent programs, and work closely with People & Transformation (aka HR) to implement solutions. The position works closely with People Partners, other People & Transformation Centers of Excellence (e.g. D&I, Total Rewards), and IGT managers to build integrated talent solutions. This individual will a subject matter expert in areas of talent management and report directly to the Senior Director, Talent Management & Development.

- Ensures successful execution of enterprise-wide people initiatives.
- Implements integrated talent solutions across talent practices such as performance, talent management & succession planning, assessment, pre-hire assessments, 360-feedback, and mentoring.
- Designs and executes talent strategy, offering development programs differentiated for the different talent pools
- Continuous improvement and enhancement of existing talent processes
- Benchmark external best-practice organizations and network with appropriate partners
- Leverage data analytics to ensure data-driven decisions
Qualifications
Ready to Play? Our players have skills in the following areas:
- 5 years of experience in designing data-driven talent management solutions
- Subject matter expertise in talent management and talent analytics
- Experience leading large scale, global strategic talent initiatives requiring analytical insights
- Undergraduate degree is required with an advanced degree (Ph.D. in I/O Psychology) desired
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional, matrixed team environment on multiple projects. Able to work both on a team and independently deliver results.
- Demonstrated ability to measure the outcomes of pilots, projects, process improvements and leverage results.
- Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to translate technical or data solutions into recommendations; demonstrated ability to speak comfortably and effectively to a wide variety of groups ranging from large groups of employees to senior leaders.
- Ability to influence at all level in the organizations
- A strong sense of urgency, action orientation, drive for results, and pragmatism are a must
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing objectives, to manage ambiguity, and to breakdown complexity
- Demonstrated ability to develop practical solutions to address complex organizational challenges
- Strong project and program management skills, must have the ability to initiate project plans and balance multiple changing deadlines and priorities delivering on or ahead of budget and schedule
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and be seen as the subject matter expert including the ability to build credible relationships quickly.
- Excellent learning agility – ability to digest information quickly, apply existing knowledge in new makes, make connections across different areas and identify key questions/areas to explore
- Strong analytic capabilities, enabling you to leverage data to generate insights and drive evidence-based decision making
- Strong data analytic skills including regression; ability to translate data
- Strong vendor management experience and skills required.
