Job Description: This is a multipurpose position in which duties range from carrying out basic patient care tasks as directed by a licensed therapist to overseeing a variety of operational activities for the department. Job Essentials Assist the Therapist in carrying out the orders that the Therapist requires for the patient's rehabilitation. Check, order, and stock equipment/supplies. Clean, organize and label, maintain equipment, including labeling and maintaining identification of existing equipment. Complete data entry for the Therapist and for patient care purposes. Routine office and clerical duties as assigned. Assist patients in safely using the exercise equipment correctly. Minimum Qualifications Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers. Preferred Qualifications Pursuing an advance degree in Rehabilitation. Certified Nurse Aide certification (C.N.A.). CAOHC certification. 6 months experience working in a clinical environment. Physical Requirements: Carrying, Squatting/kneeling, Sitting, Speaking, Standing, Seeing, Pulling/Pushing, Manual dexterity, Lifting, Hearing/Listening.
