Human Resources Assistant Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to support our human resources department. In this position, you will create new employee packets, manage employee records, organize and update files, and prepare reports. On a daily basis, you will answer phone calls, handle scheduling and ensure the office calendar is current, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in human resources, but we are willing to train the right person.

Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field a plus
1 years in human resources preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) a plus
General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
Annual Pay Range : $60K - $90K
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
