PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
- Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
- Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
- Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
- Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support

Qualification and Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
- Proficient with marketing-related software programs
- Demonstrated history of planning successful initiatives and events
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
- Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
- Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven excellent working experience using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and communicate facts and handle all situations in a calm manner
- Plus: Speaks multiple languages, ex: Mandarin, Cantonese, etc…
