Job description
We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor or Guest Service Ambassador/manager. Need hotel front desk Supervisor or guest services/manager experiences, operation experiences; Greeting Guest, review/respond guest back, Check Gold member guest rooms, increase Guest satisification scores; You need have Good customer services experiences. Clear with background check. Can work all shifts when needed. Prefer have IHG like Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express hotels experiences, good at Opera etc.
Responsibilities and Qualification
- Have hotels management experiences, have guest service experiences
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- Have Front desk Opera/PMS experiences, reservation, check in and check out gests, process payments
- Process Account AR, Chargebacks, corporate account routing
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
- Work closely with the housekeeping team
- Watch guest accounts closely
- On call if needed
