As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Directs operational and procedural activities for each unit in the division ensuring compliance with standards in the areas of quality, guest service, food cost, labor hours/costs, safety, cleanliness and administration.
- Monitor food and labor costs and utilize profit/loss statements to track results and implement corrective action as necessary.
- Plans and conducts working store visits with all levels of store management to ensure continual improvements of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards on all parts, including monitoring food quality.
- Identify problem areas and directs the General Manager in executing means to improve performances.
- Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to the entire team.
- Conduct performance reviews for management at store level.
- Oversee various audits, inventory and ordering miscellaneous items.
- Investigates, resolves and responds to guest complaints.
- Promote and teach company values and policies at all times in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum 3 years of restaurant experience
- Able to work corporate schedule, available all shifts and days of the week
- Leadership and management experience of multi-locations teams
- Adept at analytical work and the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Self-sufficient and resourceful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
