Responsible for managing home base unit and district, or multiple units of a company or organization. Recruits, hires, trains, and supports managers, prepares reports, conducts inspections, and sets sales and cost control Goals. Primary Responsibilities
- Set goals, priorities, and objectives for units.
- Teach, lead, and coach managers on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Conduct Food Safety and Work Safety Evaluations.
- Develop leaders and set succession plans.
- Coach managers on interviewing, training, and terminating workers as needed.
- Determine salary brackets.
- Handle employee relations.
- Attend and preside over meetings.
- Maintain employee records.
- Teach and Coach Managers on directing overall operations.
- Set goals for each department.
- Clearly communicate goals.
- Measure the success of each initiative.
- Manage support staff.
- Delegate responsibility.
- Generate and present reports on goals.
- Participate in seminars and conferences.
- Motivate and encourage employees.
- Participate in lead generation and business development.
- Ensure high customer and client satisfaction.
- Solicit customer feedback.
- Ensure inventory is stocked and consistently replenished.

Salary Pay:
- $80k-$95k DOE
