IIG Wireless, Inc. is a rapidly growing company and the #1 Metro by T-Mobile authorized dealer in California. We are looking for an entry level Administrative/Accounting Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical services to the accounting department.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department through filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems or discrepancies
  • Prepare/process bills, invoices and bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Support payroll & HR department with data entry and keeping accurate historical records
  • Reconcile accounts on a daily basis and troubleshoot any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Support other accounting projects as necessary
