What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Manager position at IIRIS?
IIRIS is a platform and suite of products designed to help us know, reach, and build better informed customer connections through insightful data gained through multiple interactions with Informa’s highly specialised communities. We are looking for a Product Leader to strengthen our team and build innovative new products to support data driven B2B marketing.
Act as a vital member of a dynamic team working on a fast paced Agile project- You'll have experience efficiently running multiple implementation projects in parallel
- You'll be responsible for deploying IIRIS products and services to Informa extensive businesses and brands across to enable audience growth, improve customer experience, track, and capture rich behaviours and increase marketing effectiveness
- Focus on all aspects of delivery end-to-end from engagement to hand-over of support to our commercial colleagues
- Monitor the status of implementation initiatives continuously and be pro-active in addressing blockers and risks
- Continuously measure the business impact and key results of the deployments and tune it to meet the business objectives
- Develop teamwork and balance the strengths of individuals, allocating responsibilities and priorities as appropriate, measuring performance, and setting targets
- Contribute towards Informa’s overall strategy by collaborating with cross-divisional senior leadership on driving cross divisional synergies

Your Expertise:
- Experience with Agile methodology, scrum, and related tools such as JIRA
- Experience in implementation of modern data platforms, cloud-based services
- Experience with Marketing automation solutions such as Eloqua
- Experience in implementing scalable delivery models
- Experience in a large matrix-style organisation where your team collaborates and integrates with other teams across the organization
- Experience within a fast-paced B2B environment
- Proven track record in driving commercial outcomes
