I.K. Hofmann is looking for a ULD Coordinator for an International Cargo Airline This is a great opportunity for growth
Main ULD Control tasks 1) Weekly ULD inventory and follow-up 2) ULD Inventory control (order and return) 3) Correspondence with Jettainer 4) Follow Up on Outstanding ULDs
Responsibilities before ULD handover Account Maintenance Ensure all current ULD handover program customers have accounts in Jettware.
Ensure OneCRM accounts are updated by Sales every 3 months. Commnication with the Sales team Ensure no ULDs are handed over to a customer without an account.
Ensure Sales registers new contacts / customers for access to the automated ULD Customer Report Ensure customer is aware of ULD handover procedures
Responsibility after handover Documentation Review UCRs for accuracy Clarify discrepancies Address need for corrective action to Terminal Supervisors Ensure scanning / electronic capture of all UCRs.
Essential functions : Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access invoices, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, calculator, copier, and printer.
Work Environment : Office Settinng Working with others Occasionally working in extremely bright or dim lighting conditions.
Requirements : Education : GED / High School desired Experience
