I.K. Hofmann Staffing is a leading staffing and recruiting agency connecting qualified candidates with top companies. We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Inventory Clerkfor a client's facility in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Description: A warehouse inventory clerk plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records within a warehouse or distribution center. They are responsible for overseeing inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of items.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process and fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including proper documentation and labeling.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify the accuracy of stock records.
• Identify and investigate any discrepancies or variances found during audits, and collaborate with other departments to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have 3PL Experience
• Must WMS (warehouse management system) experience
• Must have 3 years of Inventory Control experience
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
• The person in this position frequently communicates with management and warehouse associates.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Work Environment :

• Warehouse facility
• Climate-controlled facility.

Payrate: $18 - $20 depending on experience

Shift: Monday– Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
