Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall success and system health of the metering systems used by our community partners.
Work both individually and in a team environment to complete objectives
Perform repair, service, maintenance and assembly operations while maintaining safety and quality.
Collect data and documents and prepare detailed reports for customer review.
Expected to create exceptional client and customer relationships.
Maintain outstanding client relationships through timely and informative communication, and follow-through.
Ability to handle coordination with multiple groups is required.
Ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are complied with.
Organize all aspects of Meter Retrofit, Repair, Upgrade or Takeover with newly signed Metering Systems.
Knowledge This job requires knowledge in several areas including: utility billing, customer service, billing platforms, computer systems and applications related to general office (Excel and Word skills are required). Depth of knowledge must be sufficient to propose viable solutions to service issues.
Experience, Education and Skills
Minimum of two years in technical role
Driver's license & clean driving record required
High School or equivalent required / Technical School or College preferred
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
Experience overseeing ticketing, customer relationship systems
Computer literacy in pertinent software programs and systems
Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams
Strong oral and written communications skills
Preference given to professional experience in the utilities, billing, multifamily and/or technical industries.
