IKRUSHER is one of the leading brands of vape technology hardware. The HQ is located near Los Angeles, California, in the city of Arcadia, and includes a vapor club and R&D center in its facility.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who will help with the growing digital footprint of iKrusher and its product portfolio with a primary focus on social media strategies and executions, content creations, insights & reporting, and market research. This position will report to the Marketing Director.
The right candidate will have real experience in hands-on developing brand strategy with the execution plan in social media. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate from the Company’s brand perspective and voice, curate available content and perspectives to help foster dialogue, quickly resolve issues, and understand the inner workings – as well as socially accepted protocols – of social platforms. This position requires high proficiency in digital and social media – and excellent verbal and written communications skills with prior experience in digital marketing and/or social media management.
The day-to-day seamless execution will include activities as below:
- Provide corporate social media marketing leadership and strategic direction by working closely with internal team members, including product, sales, branch leaders, and executives, and map out the corporate social media strategy and execution plan from inception to completion (10%).
- Develop short-term and long-term multi-platform social media content strategies, editorial calendars, and tactical plans (20%).
- Oversee day-to-day content on social media – manage posts/pictures/video status and updates, foster dialog, answer questions or comments, monitor trends, advise on potential opportunities, and resolve issues (25%).
- Define, monitor, and report on the social marketing KPIs, audience insights, and engagement plan (10%).
- Managing Photography and videography: photoshoots and video shoot and edits, in-house and outsourced (15%).
- Understand social media trends and know-how of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest (5%).
- Advance social media capabilities across the organization through sharing of best practices, creating learning experiences, and establishing replicable processes (5%).
- Identify influencers and models and develop a rapport with them that supports the company’s brand aspirations and communications/reputation goals (10%).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Design, or related field; 4-6 years of social media marketing experience in an agency or corporate setting, consumer products marketing preferred, including at least three years of immersive social media experience in brand & strategy development/execution, with photography and videography.
- Excellent and versatile writing and communication skills, including an ability to identify and tell brand stories across a variety of platforms.
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Creative, well-informed, and in touch with general consumer and business trends.
- Platform experience includes but is not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
- Familiarity with tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buzzsumo, and My Google Business.
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Full-Time: Salary.
