What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist position at ILabz Technology?
Role & Responsibilities:
- The main purpose of the role is to augment the payroll team administratively.
- The purpose of this role is to be the “Voice of HR” and the first point for issues and inquiries regarding any HR discipline.
- Generalists are responsible for ensuring all employees, managers, and HR team inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, cost-effective, and timely manner.
- Employee Support Generalists are trained in all functions of HR and know when to escalate an issue/situation to a Specialist for quick resolution.
- The Generalists will understand the metrics by which success is measured and the standards the Employee Support Team strives to achieve.
- Manages the resolution of all types of level HR issues and questions (Voice, Email, IM, Mail, Fax, Chat).
- Continuously identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to improve the cost, quality and timeliness of the service delivery
- Completes required training and demonstrates the imparted knowledge, skills and competencies from the training into the on-the –job performance across all functions of HR.
