Position Summary:
Maintain exceptional cleanliness of property by performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning tasks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotes superior guest service
- Responsible for deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, buffing, stripping, waxing and scrubbing floors
- Responsible for operating high lift equipment for ceiling dusting
- Sweep, mop, dust and vacuum all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management
- Removal and recycling of trash
- Maintain floor cleanliness
- Communicate inventory supply status to management
- Defines, maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
- Must possess excellent communications skills
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
- Must be able to efficiently operate all ride on floor equipment, including buffers and scrubbers as well as high lift equipment
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
- Must be willing to work in a smoking environment while on the casino floor
- Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures (wear a face mask, other appropriate PPE, social distance)
