GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Sale’s Admin Asst’s (SAA) main responsibility is providing stellar customer service to our external clients by answering a full range of customer requests, inquiries, and complaints. They will also be assisting the internal Sales Team with production support. The Sales Administrator Asst. will assist clients with answering basic questions and redirecting calls as needed. This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time and being on the phone with clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Answering inbound calls and basic customer phone skills
- Measurements: Call activity; sales team numbers
- Enhance customer service experience on every call by following the script and answering customer concerns.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience to external and internal customers
- Quality assurance of calls
- Investigate the experience of the client.
- Communicating issues and resolutions to Sales Team Administrator
- Provide backup to the administrative team as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-year experience in customer service or heavy phone calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to operate other office equipment, such as, fax/copy machine, calculator etc.
- Ability to use multi-screen systems and maneuver through several programs simultaneously
- Excellent organization and multi-task ability
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales or call-center environment preferred
- Work is performed in a business office environment.
SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS:
- $18-20 per hour
