Job Title : Cocktail Server
Job Summary :
The Cocktail Server will provide excellent service to guests at Bond Cocktail Lounge , an exclusive new venue opening in November 2024.
In this role, you will take and serve drink orders, recommend cocktails, and ensure guests have a memorable experience. You will be part of the team launching this high-end lounge, working in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and take drink orders.
- Deliver beverages promptly and accurately.
- Recommend drinks and upsell specials or premium liquors.
- Process payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organized.
- Follow all local liquor laws and venue policies.
- Work closely with bartenders and staff for smooth service.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in hospitality or as a cocktail waitress preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails and drinks is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays.
