An elite, global AM-ranked law firm are currently looking to onboard a mid-level corporate associate to join its team in San Diego. This associate will be working on emerging growth companies, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisition transactions.

Experience:
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- 3 years of Emerging Growth and Venture Capital experience.
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.
- Admitted to practice in California
- Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and perform work duties as required.
- Foster positive work relationships.
- Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
