The rapid growth in the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT department at illi Commercial Real Estate www.illicre.com has us looking for Property Supervisors to add to our Property Management Team! We are accepting resumes from LICENSED applicants with a strong, professional work ethic and a positive, enthusiastic attitude as we continue with our client services growth and expansion.
Duties include (but not limited to):
* Supervising a portfolio of Commercial, retail, industrial and office properties and centers following our contractual agreements with owners.
* Maintaining and improving the properties as proposed and accepted by clients by obtaining bids, contracting for the work and management of the same.
* Review and approval of expenditures within specified budgetary guidelines.
* Negotiate and/or evaluate contracts making decisions within our management agreement parameters or making recommendations for owner's approval.
* Prepare annual budget and monthly operating narratives
* Resolve A/R issues and approve A/P
* Communication with tenants regarding tenant retention and with owners to assure management retention.
* Keeping the property in a "pride of ownership" status and resolving any tenant or vendor issues.
Qualifications:
MUST have a California Real Estate Salesperson License
Experience in Managing People
Real Estate Management experience with Commercial and Retail properties ONLY
Reliable Transportation, insurance and a clean Motor Vehicle Report
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem Solving Skills and "Common Sense"
Leadership Ability
Appfolio Software experience HIGHLY desirable and Kardin Software experience a PLUS!
