We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals from all child-related backgrounds to provide 1:1 therapy to children (ages 2-11) in a highly individualized and supported environment as a Registered Behavior Technician, under the supervision and guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Throughout the training process you will be supported by BCBAs, supervisors, and mentors. Therapy sessions are carried out in a variety of possible settings including clinic-based, in-home, and daycares/schools. The daily work with clients is interactive and engaging and requires a consistent amount of physical and mental energy. Behavior Technician Qualifications:
Previous hands-on experience working with children and/or individuals that are differently abled
Possess a vehicle with valid insurance and a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be 18 years of age at time of hire
Physical requirements may include: Walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
