Role Description
This is a full-time Leadership role for a dedicated Registered Nurse located in Fond du Lac, WI. The CBRF Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for coordianting direct patient care, and administering appropriate policies & procedures to increase quality outcomes to those we serve. Additionally, the ADON will help manage staffing levels and on-call nurse management responsibilites with support from their nurse leadership team. The ADON will obtain support, guidance and direction from the Clinical Nurse leaders within Illuminus.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- 5 plus years in a Nurse Leadership role, with previous expereiince as a ADON preferred
- Abiity to lead, supervise and direct a team of direct care professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working with older adults
- Ability to lift and move patients as necessary
- Basic computer skills including an HRIS and Scheduling software
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Salary : $88,000 - $95,000
