M-F schedule little OT for the plant.
- Develop and communicate business objectives
- Direct day-to-day operations for optimal performance
- Implement Lean strategies for efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators for process improvement
- Lead strategic initiatives and projects
- Create a positive team environment
- Ensure effective inventory management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 5 year in Block, Wall, or Paver fabrication experience. (Must have experience with Besser, Hess, Columbia, Tiger, Masa or other block/paver machines. )
- Proven track record of leading teams in a self-directed environment
- Strong communication and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; INFOR or Syteline experience a plus
