Sanitation Manager

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Sanitation Manager. In this role, you will oversee a team of 15-20 sanitation personnel, ensuring that the facility maintains the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance.
You will report to the Sanitation Manager.
The position is located in a family-friendly area in Central Wisconsin.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have an Associate's Degree in Operations, Business, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent work experience of 3-5 years, including experience in chemical monitoring and usage.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial position related to sanitation in the Dairy, Food, or Beverage industry
- Detailed knowledge of plant and manufacturing operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- In-depth understanding of SSOP's, sanitation scheduling, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
