What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at iM3 Inc?
This position requires an individual with outstanding communication skills, strong computer related skills and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. The candidate must be comfortable attending animal dentistry labs that involve dentistry procedures on cadavers/specimens. The position is based in Vancouver WA and will involve travel to different states. A background check, credit check and drug testing will take place during the hiring process. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and self-starting individual that can think fast on their feet and is comfortable with all the travel that this position requires. Provides customers with courteous customer service over the phone in; strives to retain present customers and develop new business by extending professional and efficient service and suggesting additional services and products to serve customers’ needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process sales orders via phone and email
- Support Distribution partners and their customers
- Support tradeshows and Distribution National and Regional Sales Meetings
- Have strong knowledge of the iM3 Product line.
- Ability to identify the needs of the Veterinarians and provide recommendations with a consultative communication approach.
- Travel to tradeshows and/or customer locations within the USA.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Must be able to travel within the USA.
- Self-motivated – requires minimum supervision,
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong computer-related skills and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience in the veterinary industry.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
Preferred
- BA, BS preferred.
- M365 Business Central Dynamics.
- Experience in the veterinary dental.
Compensation:
- Base Salary $60K - $70K based on experience.
- Quarterly Commission $5k at plan based on experience.
