Operations Lead
This position is part of the Operations Department.
This position reports to the Operations Manager.
This position is full-time.
The Operations Lead assists the Operations Manager in all aspects of departmental management for the
Screen/Print, Embroidery/DTG/Dye Sub, Art, Logistics, IT, and Maintenance departments of Image
Pointe. This includes assisting in effective management of departmental meetings, interfacing with department leads, managing production reporting and tracking, creating daily production schedules for each department, and assisting in basic IT set up and maintenance of computers and programs. The
Operations Lead also assists in aspects of webstore & fulfillment program back-end management and warehousing logistics, along with supply ordering for company. The Operations Lead works side-by-side with the Operations Manager and production teams to achieve annual goals and ongoing KPI’s relating to production and delivery times, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Operations Manager in providing support, resources, direction, and training necessary to hit all department WIGs (wildly important goals) and key performance indicators.
- Assist the Operations Manager in timely and accurate reporting on all aspects of department operations and performance.
- Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating cross-departmentally to ensure healthy, strong relationships between production departments and the rest of the company, enabling departments to achieve company goals in line with company values.
- Assist the Operations Manager in recommending new structures, systems, processes, and policies to ensure department and company success as we grow.
- Assist the Operations Manager in IT, webstore, warehouse, and supply management.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of production, administrative, or other relevant working experience, demonstrating an excellent track record and references. Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proficient with computers and software. Ability to quickly learn new software packages, including ERP systems and online platforms.
- Must be able to work extended hours as needed.
