Description:
We are searching for a Field Installer that has proven experience organizing, managing, and delivering high quality products and service to our clients. The Field Installer will be responsible for performing field installation of displays, exhibits and tradeshow event booths while delivering the desired customer service experience. The Field Installer will participate as a team player but may also serve as a leader in directing on-site crews to accomplish daily goals as specified. This position will be required to travel within North America, as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This team member should bring the following proficiencies to this position:
Initiative:
o Communicate daily with Project Managers and other project stakeholders about the status of active projects.
o Attend project management/project launch meetings as required and participate fully in making plans to manage the workload.
o Participate as a warehouse team member and seek opportunity to productively contribute to performing various warehouse and production related tasks.
Problem Solving:
o Execute the necessary tasks to complete work orders in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
o Readily assumes responsibility and can lead and facilitate change to overcome issues that may arise, and ensure appropriate action is taken.
o Adjusts, realigns, and refocuses priorities appropriately when business needs change.
o Demonstrates flexibility in constructive problem solving, navigating change, and
overcoming challenges.
Technical Expertise:
o Installation of displays, exhibits and tradeshow booths in the field, as required. Act as a client liaison throughout the project lifecycle by providing outstanding customer service and protecting ImagiCorps interests and information.
o Participate and/or lead in the build of exhibits within floor plans, using bills of material, contracting show services, transacting work orders, shipping requests, and travel authorizations in support of the project.
o Execute Proper audio/video and low-voltage installations, including electronic devices, as required.
o Responsible for producing comprehensive event summary reports upon event
completion by taking high quality photographs in a manner that depicts events’ success that informs the client and contributes to ImagiCorps marketing efforts.
o Transact accurately and completely all inventory documentation (i.e. daily inventory
adjustment sheet, bill of materials) and timecards.
Provide Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
o 5 years of experience as a production lead, including supervisory experience.
o Ability to plan and lead installation crews.
o Proven field service experience.
o Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.…) safely and properly.
o Experience with Project Management Software is a plus.
o Vinyl installation skills is a plus.
o Valid Driver’s License, and clean driving record required.
Certificates and/or Licenses: Forklift certification is a plus.

Yes, travel is required within North America.
Average travel may be up to 20% of the time, while peak summer months may increase the amount of travel required.
