Project Manager (Contract-to-Perm)

Imaginary Content is a full-service creative agency based in Westport, CT. Our agency works with well known global brands creating impactful content that is seen by thousands of people every day. We are currently hiring a contract Project Manager who will work with our internal teams to help with managing timelines, workflow, asset management, and act as a resource to ensure projects are being completed accurately and efficiently. Applicants should be both reliable and flexible, with the ability to multitask and stay organized while tracking and managing a number of ongoing and upcoming client projects. Must be collaborative, helpful and willing to work in a fast-paced agency environment. Ideal candidates have DAM experience and a working knowledge of creative assets, organization, and distribution. Must be able to commute to Westport office 3 days a week.

You will:

• Work closely with our internal creative team to manage ongoing and upcoming projects, timelines, and workflow
• Coordinate with Account Director daily on projects and client needs
• Seek resources to complete tasks and prioritize needs
• Have familiarity with DAM uploads and asset management
• Navigate multifaceted challenge of managing brand projects and initiatives
• Lead projects to successful completion
• Ensure efficiency by estimating project duration, timing, and the workload of cross-functional internal teams
• Plan, manage, and control project communications and reporting
• Identify and respond to unforeseen problems and risk factors throughout the life of a project
• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
