As a Regional Account Manager (RAM) doing outside sales with iMerchant Direct your day will consist of, prospecting for new merchants to grow YOUR book of business and running preset qualified appointments with business owners to showcase iMerchant Directs unique solutions that cover everything from credit and debit card processing to advertising, website building, and digital marketing. Overall compensation consists of commission, bonuses, monthly residual, and base pay.
iMerchant Direct provides our Sales Agents with preset, qualified, and triple confirmed appointments. We are able to accomplish an industry leading closing ratio from our in-house marketing channel. Sales Agents are assigned a dedicated Sales Manager who will train and support you on a daily basis.

Regional Account Manager Duties:
- Prospect, pitch, and close merchant accounts independently and with help from sales director
- Manage merchant accounts and respond to all questions for the lifetime of boarded accounts
- Run preset appoints and continually update dispositions
- Ability to handle customer objections and pivot approach to sale
- Gain understanding of iMD’s CRM, reporting tools, and iMD sales tools (tablet, virtual applications, etc)
- comfortability pitching equipment, programs, and extra services offered by iMD
Salary: $35,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
