Our company has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative for our client located in the Seattle area. The position entails being the primary customer support for our contact center.
Success in this position requires that the Customer Service Representative be able to work independently with little to no supervision, provide immediate availability, be professional, and provide documentation within our systems.
Qualities of an Ideal Customer Service Representative Candidate : Genuinely interested in problem-solving, creative thinking, and helping / servicing others Feels comfortable asking questions to management or more senior members of the Customer Service or Sales teams during training and hands-on work Has primary knowledge of customer service, sales, communications, marketing, or business Can achieve both individual and collaborative goals through time management, discipline, and organization Exhibits professional and personal communication skills, whether it is within the office or speaking with customers Customer Service Representative Responsibilities : The Customer Service Representative will partner with all parties informed of the status of open issues and will work closely with escalation partners to identify, document, and monitor any and all exceptions to the standard processes to create a list of best practices.
Problem Resolution : A big part of maintaining relationships with existing customers includes problem-solving by the Customer Service Representative.
