Start your Voyage – Apply Now Profile Summary Voya Investment Management is seeking an individual to join our high-performing Distribution team. The Business Management team is responsible for delivering business insights to aid in shaping firm strategy , operationalizing sales strategy and collaborating with business partners to optimize alignment of activities with distribution priorities. The Distribution Business Management Associate is a key contributor to strategic decision making through delivery of data visualization and insights. Profile Description Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and sales strategy facilitate the alignment of processes and reporting. Collaborate with sales leadership and business management team to transform business needs into requirements for delivery of business intelligence, sales effectiveness and development of key performance indicators (KPIs). Compile multiple data sources (CRM, Finance, Client Service, Sales Enablement) to further develop, manage and update Institutional and Intermediary Distribution analysis including: Dashboards of sales KPIs (sales, assets, revenue, activity, pipeline, etc.) Executive leadership presentations and reporting of metrics, both on an ad-hoc and recurring basis Develop reporting enhancement strategy to advance the delivery of actionable insights to sales leadership Drive process efficiency and consistency through synchronization of activities and partnership with sales support team responsible for underlying CRM data. Partner with Sales Enablement team to identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements within the CRM (Salesforce), prioritize system enhancements, and resolve process and data inconsistencies. Support in development and tracking of Distribution organization expense budgets Liaison with other support functions to help facilitate Distribution organization projects Partner with Sales Management and Finance organization on sales compensation, forecasts, goals, etc. Knowledge & Experience 5 years’ experience in relevant role/industry Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering a plus Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with PowerPoint; Salesforce experience a plus Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau experience a plus) An analytical mindset, strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills Eagerness to learn; Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment management Ability to work independently, multi-task, thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment with a proven commitment to consistently produce high quality work Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high level of integrity, energy and flexibility Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills Location Open to location; Preferred location for this role is New York, NY #LI-JS1 Please Note: This position allows remote work from home but will require travel to our Voya office as business requires.
