Job Summary
IMI is seeking a part-time Janitor for our Watkinsville, GA office.
Essential Functions
This position is responsible for providing support to our Watkinsville main shop.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
- Gather and empty trash and recycling.
- Clean, service, and supply bathroom areas.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners and tools.
- Mix water and detergents according to specifications.
- Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner; notify manager when additional supplies are needed.
Education and Experience
- Previous janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Requires climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, twisting, bending, talking and hearing.
- Use of hands and arms to lift and carry objects that weigh less than 50 pounds.
- May be required to move items over 50 pounds with the use of a lift.
