Pay for this Supervisor position ranges from 55,000-65,000

Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bilingual is always a plus but not a requirement
- Manfacturing
- Team building
- Daily and on-time attendance is of utmost importance
- Work OT as required by management
- Assist in making and maintaining production schedule for designated areas
- Track associates productivity on a daily basis
- Handle any personnel issues as they come up
- STRONG attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to particpate as a piller leader
- Must be able to follow quality requirements
- Follow GMP, food safety, employee safety, pest control
