Base pay starts at $22.44 per hour

Press Operators can make up to $30 per hour with performance incentives
*
Unloaders can make up to $50 per hour with performance incentives
*

Job Duties:
*
Safety First
*
Be accountable for yourself and help team members drive a culture of safety.
*
Customer Focus
*
Working on or supporting our production lines to ensure on time delivery of refractory products to our customers.
*
Quality Control
*
Own quality compliance for your assigned working area.
*
Continuous Improvement
*
Observe your assigned processes and identify areas for improvement.
*
On Time Delivery
*
Work on or support the production line to ensure product is made in a timely manner to meet customer demands. This may include:
*
Operating and maintaining machinery; loading and offloading material.
*
Supporting the production line by moving material to and from the line, transporting material throughout the plant, and loading pallets.
Qualifications:
*
Must have the ability to pass the aptitude test.
*
Previous forklift experience preferred.
*
Basic understanding of safety/OSHA standards.
*
Some mechanical aptitude preferred.
*
Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
