Receptionist

This receptionist position is a temporary position with the chances of becoming full time at the end of 3 months. This will give you a chance to explore a different department if interested in another positions that we need in order to take care of our residents. We have positions that are from Hall Monitor, CNA, Culinary Services to Life Enrichment, Housekeeping, or being an RN.
Receptionist's Job Functions:
- Answer, direct and or respond to all phone calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner
- Greet guests, residents, and associates and direct them to the appropriate resident or associate
- Respond to security system quickly and appropriately
- Record resident and staff requests for work orders
- Maintain a clean and neat office environment
- Maintain Front Desk Log Book
- Perform routine typing, correspondence and other clerical duties as requested
- Take temperatures on people who are entering through the front office doors
Knowledge | Skills | Abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
- Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of basic computer functions
- Knowledgeable on handling a multi phone line
- Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situation and diverse resident population
- Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above
- Has a desire to working with geriatric population

Employment Requirements
- Vaccinated for COVID – 19 vaccine (must have first dose prior to starting)
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
- Current TB test (available on-site)
- Experience using a multi-line phone system
Shift Available
- Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm this is a temporary position with the chance of going full-time at the end of 3 months.
