PSE Mail Handler and Machine Operator

Non-Exempt: Starting at $33,280 – $37,500

 What is a PSE Mail Processor

We are looking for a proactive employee to provide customer service and support to our internal and external customers.    Some responsibilities are:

• Produces printed materials from digital input files 
• Reviews paperwork for accuracy
• Gathering supplies for job completion
• Packages and labels materials for distribution
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving 
• Communicates repairs needed
• Inputting billing information for clients
• Operating machinery that prints and sorts mail

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

A High school diploma or GED is preferred.   Must be able to follow directions carefully and have strong attention to detail while multitasking.  Must have a strong sense of teamwork and accountability. Must be able to use a computer, be proficient in Excel, and have basic word processing and e-mail skills.  We require applicants to understand basic math and use copiers, postage meters, pallet jacks, and hand tools.  You must regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend, or kneel; use the repetitive motion of hands or wrists; finger, grasp, handle or feel; reach with arms and hands.

Conditions of Employment

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
