Our Sales org is looking to hire a VP of Strategic Alliances, to lead our global alliances program & to work closely with strategic partners including the Big 4 and other consultancies on strategic initiatives. You'll inherit some existing relationships and be able to develop new and exciting opportunities with partners.
You'll need to be creative, results driven, customer focused, technologically savvy and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships to attack the market.
What You'll Do
Take ownership of our strategic alliances program working closely with our CRO, Regional Sales Leaders and Channel Sales reps.
Identify opportunities for strategic initiatives, engaging with global alliance partners to accelerate new business acquisition.
Team with sales, and senior stakeholders to identify new alliance opportunities
You will be responsible for identifying and validating joint solutions offerings, developing partner business plans and driving joint go-to-market initiations with leading GSIs and Technology partners, such as Accenture, IBM and Raytheon.
Build and develop existing and new relationships with key partners focusing on the strategic nature of relationships to provide long term value and sustainable success for Immersive Labs and Partners
Who You Are
Strong track record of leading a team of Channel Sales & Strategic Alliance reps to achieving quotas and maximize revenue partnerships. Ideally from a technology or cybersecurity organization.
Ability to establish, strengthen, and maintain great relationships with senior leaders/stakeholders and current & prospective partners
Confidence & track record building new relationships to expand partnerships
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to sell/position creative solutions
Someone who is equally comfortable engaging with C-level executives and front-line personnel across all functional areas of the business, both internally and externally
Passion and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to travel globally - when necessary - to meet with your team, internal stakeholders across the Go-To-Market org & our strategic partners/customers.
