YOUR ROLE
Immuta is in search of an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Workplace Experience Team in College Park. The Workplace Experience Coordinator serves as the heart of the office, interfacing across the organization, fostering our company culture, curating an engaged workplace, responding to a wide variety of on-site requests, and creatively exceeding expectations. This position will anticipate and tackle challenges before they arise, making it easier for individuals to perform the work they were hired to do and creating a destination for innovation and collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Greet visitors, sign for deliveries, and ensure general security compliance
*Maintain the ordering and support of office operation components
*Assist with a variety of administrative and special projects around the office as assigned
*Coordinate company catering orders
*Own logistics & booking for all phone booths, huddle rooms and conferencing spaces
*Management of internal events
*Support other workplace experience programs & events as required
*Develop relationships with building management & facility maintenance personnel
*Management of on-site parking and permitting with local vendor(s)
