As we expand our service availability we are looking for an Integration Engineer to be a part of the ImOn Difference! Our employees share a passion for building a culture of “Creating Connections One Person at a Time” and fostering a fun and rewarding work environment.

The Integration Engineer role is responsible for integrating and linking together multiple third-party and internal applications that constitute the ImOn business architecture, allowing data to flow seamlessly between in-house and cloud-based applications. This includes system applications such as Azure Active Directory (for identity and SSO), ZenDesk, Salesforce, and HubSpot, as well as external Call Center applications and multiple internal systems such as Omnia/Oasis and SharePoint. • Work with the appropriate SMEs to develop and enforce standards around sign on and authentication, logging and alerting, backup and recovery, and other similar technology requirements.
  • Generally take ownership of best practices for design and integration of the application stack.

Strategic & Planning Responsibilities

  • Act as project lead in the technical design and review of new systems, business applications, and related hardware. Work with IT and technology to plan for capacity requirements and growth.
  • Work with ImOn department leads to understand requirements, evaluate vendors, and advise on vendor selection process.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in the field of computer science, management information systems and/or a minimum of six years of directly-related work experience is required. Certifications in the Microsoft ecosystem and third-party vendors helpful. Additional requirements include:

  • A minimum of three years or equivalent work experience in a larger corporate or enterprise environment responsible for information technology applications and services.
  • Advanced knowledge of server technologies including on-premise and cloud environments, email and collaboration systems including Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, database servers and design, and other foundational technology systems.
  • Development experience in any high-level language.
  • Good understanding of protocols such as REST, JSON, SQL, and HTTP, and practical knowledge in creating and debugging these protocols in a real-world environment.
  • Experience in multiple vendor ecosystems, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SharePoint, and other similar SaaS/PaaS systems, including integrating those systems together in a fully automated fashion using scripting tools, automation tools such as Zapier, and high-level languages such as Python
  • Experience in vendor management, including vender evaluations for technology and security, and vendor management processes typical for enterprise environments as part of an onboarding process.
