JOB DESCRIPTION:
Life can be hard, and we think it's really important to help our community. We're looking for caring people to be Community Health Workers (CHWs) in Nashville.
As a CHW, you'll be a big help to clients in our community. You'll listen to their problems and help them during tough times. You'll work like a friendly neighbor, giving support for things like health, money, and community.
We need CHWs who can support clients now. You'll help them get the care and things they need, and you'll make sure their families have what they need too.

Requirements:
Know a lot about our community
Care about people who are having a hard time
Can handle tough situations and find good answers
Can talk nicely and get along with others
A strong understanding of culture and traditions of the Knoxville community
Active unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record
Educational and Work Experience:
A degree in health and human services, social services, public health, or four years of relevant experience
2 years' experience working/volunteering at community-based organizations or non-profit organizations
2 years' experience working with the older adult population
