The Automotive Service Pricing Specialist will help develop parts and service data digital catalogs for an IT Outsourced project with Automotive Dealers. This position requires the use of advanced vehicle knowledge to create Service Pricing Guides. This includes the maintenance, revision, and enhancement of products as assigned, resolution of data challenges, review of materials and sources, and other projects as may be assigned by the Project Team Lead.

Automotive Service Pricing Specialist requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a dealership Parts and/or Service Department
- Experience should include parts counter advisor and / or service advisor work
- Experience with OEM parts catalogs, Labor Catalog, and Motor data
- ASE Parts Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of BMW, Mini and VW, Audi is required
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle technical information to include, OEM parts catalogs, labor catalogs, owner’s manuals, technical bulletins, recalls, part price masters and Motor data
- Capable to use all the data gathered to create a Pricing Guide and digital catalogs for dealers
- Able to interpret the vehicle information provided to them and accurately recreate this information in a logical, organized manor
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows is necessary
- Strong written and oral communication skills and should have excellent telephone skills
