How You Will Contribute
As the Network Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the company’s network and server environment. Reporting directly to the Network Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
Secure and Protect: Ensure our network is secure and protected against potential threats, safeguarding valuable data and assets.
Innovate and Implement: Design, propose, and implement various networking projects, leveraging your expertise to enhance efficiency and performance.
Champion Security: Maintain network security, endpoint security, application security, and data security protocols, keeping the company ahead of emerging threats.
Provide Strategic Insight: Utilize your solid networking foundation to understand and address the unique challenges of the business environment.
Drive Results: Take ownership of tasks of varying complexity, demonstrating initiative and autonomy while producing meticulous documentation to streamline processes.
Are You the One?
- Cisco products like routers, Core switches, switches, phone systems, and wireless technologies. (Configuring, implementing, troubleshooting)
- Security-related tools, firewalls, and data backup solutions (Fortinet, Veeam, NDR, SIEM)
- Supporting enterprise-level operational environments (alerting, troubleshooting, procedure creation, documentation, etc.)
- Maintaining complex enterprise network infrastructures.
- Support and configuring endpoint security products (CrowdStrike, KnowBe4, etc.)
- Ability to work with vendor sales staff when acquiring new products and the ability to work with vendor technical support staff when resolving problems
- Currently reside within a reasonable commute to St. Joseph, MI or willing to relocate upon hire.
- Authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
